Al Ain Town Square

Sometime in June 2010, I made a post about the Al Ain Town Square which is located in the heart of the city. On the said post, there was one photo showing the entrance leading to the Town Square. Today, let me share these photos that I snapped last Saturday. These were taken inside before the dancing fountain started to please the spectators with its festive colors. As you can see on these photos, there were only few people around because it was Saturday and the following day (Sunday) was the start of the new week here in the UAE. People tend to sleep early especially those who are working. Every Thursday and Friday, it can be very difficult to shoot in this place.

By the way, the dancing fountain which is set on a medium-sized water system, operates daily from 09:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It 'dances' to a 15-minute world of Arabic and English music.

Word of the day: balad is the Arabic word for town. Salaam!
This is My World.

  1. super clean and modern. must be a popular hangout.

hoped your mother's day was fantastic.

  2. take me to the dancing fountain! a perfect place to cool down.

  3. Beautiful night shot of the town square, it probably would look interesting to see more people enjoying the square and dancing fountain.

  4. That's quite a dazzling, fancy, modern town square!

Marhaba! SHUKRAN JAZILAN for taking time to reading my posts and posting your comments.
