Summer in Abu Dhabi:Cultures of Asia

Asian cultures came into the forefront in the emirate of Abu Dhabi as part of the summer festival organized and presented by the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority. Cultural performers from the Singaporean dance troupe took center stage in the emirate's malls and enthralled the audience with their powerful performance.

Last week, I enjoyed watching the show and thier performance at Al Ain Mall. It began with these three beautiful dancers, followed by their individual routines and a fusion dance as finale.
from left to right: Xiao Fei, Yuki Tang Qianhui and Sophia Meng
Yuki Tang Qianhui performed a Malayan celebratory pre-wedding ceremony dance
Xiao Fei performed an Indian folk dance based on Indian religious ceremony
Sophia Meng moved with grace as she performed the Chinese folk dance originated from the Zhou dynasty
