Guest Photos #2

Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest man-made skyscraper, also known as Burj Dubai before its inauguration. Erected along the First Interchange of Sheikh Zayed Road of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Photos shown above were taken last Monday, March 1, 2010 while the car was moving and the weather was gloomy, so please excuse me for the quality of the pictures. We were at the junction of Sheikh Zayed Road on the way to Single Buoy Mooring office in Dubai.

Word of the day: burj is the arabic term for tower. Salaam to all!

  1. That is an awesome tower/building! Your photo really displays the towering aspect that it has! Terrific! Hope you're continuing to improve -- never fun to have a bad cold!

  2. I love its architecture! Never seen this type of a structure, very unique!

  3. I wish I could take such good pictures with the car NOT moving! What an amazing building - it looks like a space shuttle ready to launch!
