Cirrus Clouds up above the Hazza Mosque

back (07:00 A.M.)

side (07:20 A.M.)
side (07:45 A.M.)
front (08:15 A.M.)

There are two mosques at Al Mutaredh District , Hazaa Mosque Com. A small mosque in 3rd street and a big mosque in 11th street. Photos shown above were taken from the big mosque. Built by Al Baladiya Al Ain (the Municipality of Al Ain) under the directive of Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahayan and was opened to the public in August 1990.

Thank you to our landlord for translating the arabic text that I've seen at the entrance of the mosque.

Even the photo on the left side of this text has wispy cirrus clouds . I hope that you noticed the flying bird-like clouds in the third photo.

Please visit Skywatch Friday for more amazing skies all over the world.

Word of the day: ghaim is the arabic word of cloud. Happy skywatching!

 Salaam to all!
